Fees and Payments

When purchasing a product and/or service, you agree to pay the annual subscription fee for the product or service specified by Joyoung. When your Joyoung account is terminated for the above reasons, no fees will be refunded and you will be denied access to the website, products and/or services, including all their data.

Joyoung may terminate any agreement and deactivate your account if the Services, or any part thereof, are no longer legal or commercially viable in Joyoung's sole discretion in your jurisdiction. In the event that you terminate or close your account due to Joyoung’s major breach of contract, and there is no breach of contract by you, or in the case of Joyoung’s force majeure, Joyoung will refund you in proportion to the remaining period of the subscription period. any fees or expenses. Disclaimer of Implied Warranties Unless expressly stated and to the extent permitted by law, Joyoung makes no warranties, conditions or representations of any kind, express or implied, with respect to appliances or parts covered by this warranty, including but not limited to workmanship, merchantability, Warranty, condition or representation of commercial fitness, fitness for a particular purpose or durability.

Limitation of Remedies; Exclusion of Indirect and Consequential Damages

Your sole remedy under this limited warranty is repair or replacement of the appliance as specified herein. Joyoung brand shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or operation of electrical appliances, or damages arising from economic loss, personal injury, property loss, loss of income or profits, dismantling and installation costs.

Warranty service

To obtain service under this warranty, please contact our service line 0800-010-288. If we are unable to resolve the problem, you may be required to send the appliance to a service department for a quality check. The Joyoung brand is not responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty service, except for shipping costs when returning your appliance within Canada or the forty-eight states of the United States and the District of Columbia as specified herein. When returning an appliance, please include your name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and proof of the original date of purchase, along with a note describing the problem you are experiencing with the appliance.

Limitation of Liability of Joyoung, its suppliers and licensors

In no event shall any party, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees or agents, and other representatives, have any ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS AND BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), ARISING OUT OF THE WAY OF THE SITE, EVEN IF SUCH PARTY EXPRESSLY ADVISES THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES , nor assume any responsibility. international users

This service is controlled, operated and managed by Joyoung's office in Taiwan. If you access the Service from outside Taiwan, you must comply with all local laws. You agree that you will not use the Joyoung content accessed through https://tw.joyoung.com/ in any country or in any restricted manner, including the manner prohibited by any applicable laws, restrictions or regulations.

compensation

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Joyoung, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties harmless from any and all claims arising out of your use or inability to use this website or services, any user posts you post, your violation of this Agreement terms, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of the rights of any third party or your violation of any applicable law, rule or regulation. Prohibition of Class Actions
