Shipping Information
Please read Joyoung's shipping information carefully to understand how your order is delivered, how to track the delivery status, and ownership, terms and risks.
Where we ship
Orders placed on the Joyoung official website can be shipped to the following countries and regions:
- Shipping Destination: Taiwan
- Order processing time: 3-5 working days
- Estimated delivery time: 7-10 working days
Note: Orders in remote locations may take longer. Please note that delivery times depend on the address specified on the order. Shipping times may vary due to COVID-19.
Any delivery date provided by us is our best estimate only and Joyoung shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by any reasonable or force majeure delay in delivery.
Shipping: All orders to the countries and regions listed above are eligible for free shipping. The total amount listed at checkout is only the amount you need to pay for the product. We are not responsible for duties, taxes (including VAT) and intermediary fees (if required) for products that do not ship from a local warehouse (recipient address and shipping warehouse are not in the same region or country) and for which no customs charges have been declared . These costs are borne by the recipient. For orders shipped to the aforementioned distant regions, buyers may be required to pay customs duties.
Check your order and shipping
You can track your order after we send a confirmation email. You can easily check your order through the online tracking page. Enter your order number, enter your email, and click Track. You will be given order details and a tracking number. Click "Tracking" on this page to track your shipment in detail.
Ownership, Terms and Risks
All orders, except pre-ordered items, will be dispatched within two business days. Please refer to specific estimated ship dates for pre-ordered items. Please ensure your address details are correct as we cannot redirect the package once it has been dispatched. All orders will only be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please check and verify by yourself. You will be liable for all financial losses if any losses are caused by entering wrong addresses or fraudulent transactions. Note: Please do not enter any PO Box address, express delivery cannot be delivered to this address.
Orders that have shipped (you have received a tracking number or the order status is complete) generally cannot be cancelled. If you need to refuse the package due to force majeure, you will be subject to the return and refund policy and will be charged the original shipping cost, which will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that you will be required to sign for the package upon delivery. If you are not home and cannot receive your package, we will send you an email to let you know. You can contact the shipping company to arrange another delivery. If you do not contact the shipping company within 5 days of the shipping attempt, they may return the item.
